Jerusalem, 1 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Palo Alto Networks has become the first company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) to surpass a NIS 1 trillion ($300 billion) market valuation, highlighting the growing weight of Israel’s cybersecurity sector on the country’s capital market.
The Silicon Valley-based cybersecurity company, whose research and development center is in Tel Aviv, now accounts for roughly one-third of the total value of stocks traded on the exchange.
Since it began dual-listing on the TASE in February, Palo Alto’s market value is nearly 10 times that of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, the second-largest company. on the exchange. The Tel Aviv-based Teva has a valuation of NIS 143 billion. ($46.4 billion).
Palo Alto Networks’ valuation has risen 115.6% since the start of 2026, following its $25 billion acquisition of Israeli cybersecurity firm CyberArk in February.
The cybersecurity company was founded in 2005 by Israeli cybersecurity entrepreneur Nir Zuk and a team of technology professionals.
