Jerusalem, 2 October, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli fintech company Nayax has completed its $350 million acquisition of U.S.-based IPS Group, marking the largest acquisition in Nayax’s history.

IPS specializes in smart parking technology and operates solutions across more than 250,000 parking spaces in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. Its platform includes smart parking meters, mobile payments, parking management software, vehicle detection, and curb data analytics.

Nayax said the acquisition strengthens its position in smart parking while combining IPS’s technology with Nayax’s global payments infrastructure and commercial reach in more than 120 countries.

IPS is expected to generate more than $90 million in 2026 revenue, with more than 60% recurring revenue.

Nayax financed the purchase with cash on hand and approximately $150 million in new debt. The companies also plan to expand into additional international markets and combine parking payments with electric-vehicle charging solutions.
