Israeli Cybersecurity Startup Guardio Hits $1.1B Valuation

Tel Aviv-based Guardio, a consumer cybersecurity company, has reached a $1.1 billion valuation with $40 million in new funding.

>>”>Jerusalem, 6 September, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Tel Aviv-based consumer cybersecurity company Guardio has reached a $1.1 billion valuation following a $40 million funding round, bringing its total funding to $167 million.

The round included investment from Assaf Rappaport, co-founder and CEO of Israeli cybersecurity company Wiz, as well as existing investors ION Crossover Partners, Union Tech Ventures, Vintage Investment Partners, Cerca Partners and Emerge Ventures.

Guardio said it has surpassed one million paying customers and $150 million in annual recurring revenue after four consecutive years of triple-digit growth. The company plans to use the new funding to Expand protection against AI-driven scams targeting consumers.
