Formula Systems announces record Q2 and first-half 2026 results, including nearly $25 million in dividends, following the acquisition of Sapiens.
Jerusalem, 25 August, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. (NASDAQ: FORTY; TASE: FORT), a publicly traded holding company headquartered in Or Yehuda, Israel, reported record results for the second quarter and first half of 2026, with second-quarter revenue rising 29.8% to approximately $782.4 million and first-half revenue increasing 24.4% to approximately $1.52 billion.
Net income attributable to shareholders surged 54.6% in the second quarter to approximately $23.3 million.
Formula Systems operates mainly in the information technology sector through its subsidiaries. In 2010, the Polish company Asseco, which specializes in the production and development of software, acquired a 50.2% stake in Formula Systems.
This year’s strong results follow the completion of the acquisition by Advent of Sapiens, a global software company that builds artificial intelligence and digital tools for the insurance industry, which provided Formula Systems with a significant cash balance. As a result, the company’s Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $1.63 per share, totaling just under $25 million.
