Soldiers Hurt in Two Separate Road Accidents in Southern Israel

Two bus accidents in southern Israel have injured soldiers, with one moderate and several minor injuries reported by the IDF.

Jerusalem, 26 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) — A civilian bus carrying soldiers overturned in Southern Israel, leaving one soldier moderately injured and several others lightly hurt, the Israel Defense Forces said. Magen David Adom teams provided treatment on the scene, and some soldiers were taken to a hospital for further care.

In a separate road accident in the south involving a bus and a civilian vehicle, several soldiers were slightly injured and evacuated for medical treatment.

The families have been notified, and the IDF will investigate the circumstances of both incidents.
