Jerusalem, 26 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Elbit Systems Ltd. will equip the Israeli Air Force’s UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters with its advanced HDTS – Helmet Display and Tracking System – to boost operational performance and flight safety.

The system delivers 3D Synthetic Vision Symbology, showing terrain, obstacles, and flight paths in real time, even in low-visibility conditions like dust, fog, smoke, or night. It provides critical decision support during approach and landing, including synthetic landing zone displays in brownout conditions. Featuring precise head tracking and modular architecture, HDTS integrates with sensors, navigation, and video systems, enhancing crew coordination and reducing human error.
