Jerusalem, 2 September, 2026 (TPS-IL) — IDF troops dismantled an underground terror tunnel approximately one kilometer long over the past few weeks, the military said. Since the Gaza ceasefire agreement took effect, troops have disabled more than 26 kilometers of underground terror tunnels east of the Yellow Line.
The Yellow Line marks the areas where Israeli Forces are continuing to operate under the Gaza ceasefire agreement: Israel controls everything to the east, north and south of the line and Hamas and other terrorists are prohibited from crossing it.
