Israeli soldiers killed two suspected terrorists in separate incidents in Gaza on Thursday after they advanced on troops near the Yellow Line.

Jerusalem, 23 April, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli soldiers killed two suspected terrorists in separate incidents in the Gaza Strip, the Israel Defense Forces said on Thursday.

In the first of Wednesday’s incidents, troops in northern Gaza identified a suspect approaching their position near the Yellow Line in a manner deemed an immediate threat and opened fire. In southern Gaza, a suspect who crossed the Yellow Line and advanced towards soldiers was also killed.

The IDF said troops remain deployed in accordance with existing agreements and will act against any immediate threats.
