During the attack, at least four terrorists from the military wing of the Hamas terrorist organization and another terrorist from the Popular Resistance Committees terrorist organization were present at the police station. The IDF will provide updates on the results of the attack later. We emphasize that the terrorists who were attacked operated from within the civilian police station to advance terror routes against IDF forces in the Gaza Strip, exploiting it for military purposes and in violation of international law. Half an hour earlier, a squad commander from the military wing of the Hamas terrorist organization who infiltrated Israeli territory on October 7th was eliminated. The IDF will provide further information on his activities in the terrorist organization later.
