A drone was operated near IDF forces and neutralized to remove a threat: The IDF attacked a cell of drone operators from the Hezbollah terrorist organization. Earlier today (Friday), IDF forces from the Commando Brigade operating under the command of Division 36 identified an enemy drone in the area of Kfar Tavanit. Immediately after identification, the Air Force, guided by the forces on the ground, conducted searches in the area and identified a cell of drone operators from the Hezbollah terrorist organization that was hiding near the security zone, and from there operated the drone. In a rapid closing of the circle, the Air Force attacked the terrorists in order to remove the threat to our forces operating near the area. This action constitutes a violation by the Hezbollah terrorist organization. The IDF will not allow the Hezbollah terrorist organization to harm Israeli civilians and its forces, and will continue to act to remove threats.
