Jerusalem, 10 September, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli authorities have filed an indictment against a 16-year-old from the Avigayil outpost near Hebron, accused of assaulting a Palestinian man who uses crutches due to a leg amputation. According to the indictment, the teen threatened the victim with an iron bar, shoved him, and physically assaulted him.
The investigation also found the minor took a Polaris Ranger off-road vehicle and drove it without a license. He faces charges of making threats, assault, unlicensed and uninsured driving, and property damage.
