An investigation into the circumstances of a hit-and-run accident in the north has been opened, during which a motorcyclist was pronounced dead. The suspect was arrested during the night, around 01:00.

Upon the arrival of police forces at the scene, officers observed a motorcycle rider who was critically injured and later pronounced dead, while the driver of the striking vehicle fled the scene. Near the scene, officers located a vehicle that was on fire, which is suspected to have been set ablaze by the striking driver. Following rapid investigative actions, the suspected driver was arrested.
