Jerusalem, 10 September, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Tel Aviv-based telecom technology company RADCOM Ltd. announced that Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), a Vietnamese state-owned telecom operator with more than 30 million subscribers, has selected it to provide AI- and cloud-based service assurance for its roaming network.
RADCOM said its RADCOM ACE platform will provide VNPT with real-time visibility and artificial intelligence-driven anomaly detection to identify network issues before they affect customers. The deal follows a competitive tender in which RADCOM replaced VNPT’s incumbent vendor.
