Jerusalem, 22 September, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli proptech company Venn has acquired U.S. rental technology company Zuma for approximately $50 million, expanding its presence in America’s multifamily housing market.

The deal adds Zuma’s technology and operations to Venn’s platform, which helps property owners and operators manage leasing, resident services, and other aspects of rental housing.

Venn, founded in 2017 by CEO Or Bokobza and CPO Chen Avni, has rapidly expanded across the United States. In November 2025, the company raised $52 million in a Series B financing round, bringing total investment to $140 million. At the time, Venn said it was operating across more than 30 states and serving more than 500,000 residents through partnerships with hundreds of U.S. housing owners and operators.

The company has continued expanding its technology and industry footprint in 2026, positioning the acquisition as part of its broader U.S. growth strategy.
