Jerusalem, 22 September, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli cybersecurity company Cyera has raised another $400 million from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, extending its Series G financing and bringing the round’s total to $1 billion. The investment values Cyera at more than $12 billion, following a $600 million financing led by Evolution Equity Partners in June.
Founded in 2021 by Yotam Segev and Tamar Bar-Ilan, Cyera develops AI-powered data-security technology that helps enterprises discover, classify and protect sensitive information. The company is increasingly focused on securing autonomous AI agents, which can access corporate data, databases and software tools without direct human approval.
Cyera said Goldman’s investment will fund further development of its AI-security platform, expansion in the U.S. federal market and international growth across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.
The latest financing brings Cyera’s total capital raised to more than $2 billion.
