Jerusalem, 16 December, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli communications software company AudioCodes announced the completion of a large-scale AI-powered voice agent deployment for a major U.S. Healthcare organization, delivered through a partnership with global BPO provider Atento and Go2Uno. The project, led by AudioCodes’ Voca Conversational Interaction Center, was completed in just a few weeks, a record timeframe for an implementation of this scale.

Based in Or Yehuda, AudioCodes said the new system supports more than 500 concurrent AI voice agents, replacing legacy IVR platforms with advanced conversational capabilities. The deployment includes real-time analytics and reporting, giving Atento greater visibility into performance while improving efficiency, resiliency and customer experience across millions of Healthcare-related voice interactions.
